User Management

The general process is carried out by sending a request to (987293160), including at least the following information:

• Full name
Corporate email and contact phone number
• Organization you work for
• Department you work in (if applicable)
• Services you will access

Once this is done, the corresponding department will review the request and contact the applicant.

This option is for individual users who wish to create a personal account. Each individual account allows personalized access and tracking of specific requests.

This option is ideal for managers who need to create multiple accounts for a group of users. It enables the management and monitoring of multiple users from a single administrative account.
An example would be a master's degree course where the instructor requests access to the computing service for themselves and their students.

Users who remain inactive for more than one year (365 days) will be notified of their account deactivation (deletion). A deactivation notification email will be sent.

If the user wishes to keep their account, they must log in. If the user does not access the account within 30 days of the notification, it will be assumed that the account is permanently inactive, and it will be deleted accordingly.

Users who need to update any of their information must submit a request to , properly identifying themselves.
