This cluster is formed by 152 IBM iDataPlex dx360 M4 servers, coming from the supercomputer MareNostrum 3, operated by the Centro Nacional de Supercomputación-BSC. Each servers has the following technical characteristics: 2 Intel Xeon E5-2670 processors 8 cores @ 2.6 GHz, 32 GB of RAM memory and Infiniband connection FDR10.
These servers are interconnected by means of an Infiniband FDR10 connection with a fat-tree topology and a 2:1 blocking factor.
In total, Calendula has 310 servers, 16.7 TB of memory and a total calculation capacity of 388 TFlops (Rpeak).
Currently, all the calculation servers have CentOS version 7.7 installed as their operating system.
