How to update a publication

Modification of a Resource in a Publication

• Select the organization to access its published data; if accessed by dataset, data from all organizations will be visible.
• Select the data (dataset) of the resource you wish to modify.

• Select the resource of the dataset that you wish to modify.
• In the “Explore” section of the resource, select “Edit”.

• You will access the resource in edit mode:

• Click “Update Resource” to update the data.

Modification of a Publication in an Organization

• Select the organization to access its published data; if accessed by dataset, data from all organizations will be visible.
• Select the data (dataset) that you wish to modify.
• Click “Manage”.

• The window will show the publication dataset information in edit mode.
  In the example, the title and description have been modified.

• Click “Update Dataset”.
