DIYABC Do It Yourself ABC Approximate Bayesian Computation, is a software package for comprehensive analysis of population history using approximate Bayesian calculation of DNA polymorphism data.
It allows the analysis of single nucleotide polymorphism data in a large number of loci, in addition to microsatellite data and DNA sequences, an efficient choice of Bayesian model using linear discriminant analysis in summary statistics and the serial release of multiple post-treatment analyses.
